Yanpai Filtration History
1990 - Sun Shiyan family opens for business with a Weave Plant and becomes the first to produce staple fibre fabrics and filament fabrics in Pingqiao, Tiantai.
2002 - Set up Spinning Mill and first to produce polypropylene filament. The output of production reached 200 tons per month.
2004 - Established Needle felt Plant to produce needle felt and membrane materials.
2007 - First to produce air slide belt and 3000mts per month
2008 - Purchased state-of-the-art, German weaving machines to produce “heavy” belts.
2009 - New, expanded plant constructed in Keshan to manufacture needle felts.
2010 - Yanpai Brazil Branch is formed in Sao Paulo. Expansion into the South American market.
2011 - Purchased a 20,000-square-foot warehouse building in Pennsauken, New Jersey for distribution in the US market.
2012 - Set up a new company named Mid Atlantic Industrial Textiles Inc. for expansion into the US market.
2013 - Yanpai Germany Company is established in Wasserburg Am Inn, expansion into the Europe market.
2014 - Company renamed Zhejiang Yanpai Filtration Technology, Co., Ltd, with global headquarters in Tiantai, China.
Our Story
In April 1, 2013, Mid Atlantic Industrial Filtration Inc. was set up as a distribution plant for Yanpai. By having a footprint in the U.S and setting up a full-service solution to North American customers we are able to provide material when it’s needed! We have an advantage of full technical support as well as easy access to work with a local US company. We share values and commitments that our customers have and with same language, same time zone and same business practices we are here to help.
With the success of the U.S office and distribution center we have become global. We now have a similar set up in Brazil, Europe and soon in India.
